Stepping into the Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam, I was greeted by the modern elegance of the spacious lobby adorned with vibrant Pop art pieces. the location, near the airport and Amsterdam forest, allowed for a tranquil pre-flight stroll, perfect for clearing the mind before a long journey. My junior suite was a cozy retreat, complete with a water kettle for my beloved tea rituals, providing a touch of home comfort in a stylish Dutch design setting. the impeccable room service and housekeeping ensured a comfortable stay throughout, allowing me to indulge in the wonderful breakfast spread each morning. While the sauna facility usually beckons as a haven of relaxation, this time it fell short of expectations. However, the convenience of the airport shuttle service was a definite plus, whisking me to and from the hustle and bustle of Schiphol airport in no time. the Lifestyle Club & Active Spa offered a sanctuary for rejuvenation, though I found myself wishing for a more seamless experience during my visit. the Sports & Media Bar, with its diverse menu and comforting ambience, provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of work.
